Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and recommendation for business decision-making.

Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality and accuracy.

Design and maintain databases, data systems, and data visualization tools to support analysis and reporting.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions to meet business objectives.

Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data.

Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data sets effectively.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Familiarity with database management systems (DBMS) and data warehousing concepts.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote team setting.
